EPE – Electronic Academic Recognition Information System

Our goal is to provide the services of the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education (SKVC) related to qualifications acquired abroad and their recognition using information technology tools, to collect, systematize and publicize related data.

ADMISSION TO HEIs: If you urgently require academic recognition, you may contact your chosen higher education institution. Submit your application for admission to LAMA BPO (Joint Admissions Information System) as soon as possible.

In accordance with the amendment to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania that came into force on 15 June 2024 a person may apply directly to the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education if they are a citizen of a Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area, or a family member thereof; or hold a residence permit in Lithuania; or possess a document confirming that the person is an asylum seeker; or possess a document proving that the person is a Lithuanian of foreign origin.

From 1 January 2027 – Electronic Higher Education Diplomas in Poland

From 1 January 2027, the electronic diploma will become the standard form of documentation confirming completion of higher education in the Republic of Poland. Polish higher education institutions will issue an electronic diploma confirming completion of studies together with a diploma supplement.
