EPE - Electronic Recognition Space Information System

Our goal is to provide the services of the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education (SKVC) related to qualifications acquired abroad and their recognition using information technology tools, to collect, systematize and publicize related data.

According to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania that entered into force on 15 June 2024 (https://www.e-tar.lt/portal/lt/legalAct/a865ba002a3f11efbdaea558de59136c) a person may apply directly to the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education if they are a citizen of a Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area, or a family member thereof; or hold a residence permit in Lithuania; or possess a document confirming that the person is an asylum seeker; or possess a document proving that the person is a Lithuanian of foreign origin.
